RRB Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2026 (CEN No. 05/2026): 560 Posts — Apply Online from 15 September

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, have released an Indicative Notice for Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 05/2026, announcing recruitment to various Paramedical Categories across Indian Railways. As per the notice dated 8 September 2026, a total of 560 tentative vacancies will be filled across 9 paramedical categories — up from 7 categories and 434 vacancies in the previous RRB Paramedical cycle, with two new categories added this time. Age Limit

Selection Process

Based on the pattern followed in the previous RRB Paramedical cycle, selection is expected to involve:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) — 100 objective-type questions carrying 100 marks, duration 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates using scribe facility). Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; no deduction for unattempted questions. If conducted in multiple sessions, scores will be normalised.
2. Document Verification (DV) — based on CBT merit.
3. Medical Examination — as per the medical standard prescribed for each post.
