If you are a Graduate, Diploma holder, or ITI pass-out, this is your golden chance to gain hands-on industry experience in India’s largest hydropower company. The apprenticeship training duration is 1 year, with a monthly stipend up to ₹15,000.

Educational Qualification & Stipend

Additionally, ₹4,500 (Graduate) and ₹4,000 (Diploma) will be given under DBT from Govt. of India.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be an Indian citizen.
Age: 18–30 years (relaxable for reserved categories).
Candidates who have completed prior apprenticeship training or are awaiting results are not eligible.
Must have passed the required qualification before the application closing date.
Selection Process
No Interview.
Selection based on merit calculated from:
10th marks
12th/Diploma marks
Graduation/PG/ITI marks (as applicable)

State/UT residents
Others (merit basis)
Training & Facilities
Location: As per NHPC unit applied.
Accommodation: Shared bachelor accommodation may be provided OR ₹2,500 paid in lieu.
Working Hours: As per NHPC rules (office hours, weekly offs, no overtime).
Medical fitness is mandatory.
