Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University (State/Central Govt.).
Essential: 1-year Diploma in Basic Computer Course (Software) with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desirable: At least 6 months’ work experience in any Central/State Government organization.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 35 years (as on date of initial engagement)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹40,000/-
Contract Period: 1 year (may be extended based on performance with up to 5% annual increment; maximum 1.25× initial salary).
TA/DA: For official tours – AC 3-tier train fare, hotel allowance up to ₹750/day, taxi charges up to ₹225/day, and food allowance up to ₹800/day.

Handling official communication (English/Hindi)
Drafting & noting in MS Office
Document scrutiny & record maintenance
Coordination with senior officers
Any other official task assigned
