Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years (Generalist & most Specialist posts)
For AAO (CA/Legal): Max. 32 Years
Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/LIC employees.
Educational Qualification
AAO Generalist: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
AAO CA: Bachelor’s Degree + Passed Final Exam of ICAI & Associate Member.
AAO CS: Bachelor’s Degree + Qualified Member of ICSI.
AAO Actuarial: Bachelor’s Degree + Passed at least 6 papers from Institute of Actuaries of India/UK.
AAO Insurance Specialist: Bachelor’s Degree + Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India + 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance.
AAO Legal: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks + 2 years’ experience as Advocate/Law Officer.
AE Civil/Electrical: B.Tech/B.E. with 3 years’ experience in multi-storeyed building projects.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month
- Gross Emoluments (Approx.): ₹1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city
- Other benefits: Pension, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance, Medical, Vehicle Loan, Meal Coupons, Reimbursements, etc.
