Payment Options

Candidates can pay the application and programme fee securely through:

Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable

    • Before admission is confirmed, the full course fee (excluding registration) is refundable

    • If cancelled after admission confirmation, 15% of the fee (max ₹2,000) will be deducted

    • If opting for soft copy study material, only registration fee is deducted

    • In case of fee exemption (SC/ST/OBC), only the development fee will be refunded

    • No refunds after 60 days from the admission closing date

How to Apply

For New Applicants:

    1. Visit: ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in

    2. Click on “NEW REGISTRATION”

    3. Use your own email ID and mobile number

    4. Create a Username (8–16 characters) and Password (alphanumeric, 8–16 characters)

    5. Submit registration to receive login details via email/SMS

    6. Log in and select your desired programme

    7. Upload all necessary documents

    8. Pay the fee online

    9. Save/Print the completed form for future use
