Selected candidates will be on probation for one year, drawing initial basic pay in the relevant scale. Besides Basic Pay, employees are entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), perquisites at 35% of basic pay, North-East Allowance at 10% of basic pay (for postings in the North-East), HRA, medical facility, PRMS, and DCPS as per company rules.
