Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Science/Commerce/Arts from recognized university.
- Preferred: Background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics.
- Six months Diploma in Computer Application (desirable).
- Age Limit: 21–38 years (UR); relaxations for OBC/MOBC (41 yrs), SC/ST (43 yrs), Ex-Servicemen (50 yrs).
- Must be an Indian citizen & permanent resident of Assam.

- Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if new user.
- Upload required documents in PDF format.
- Pay application fee online.
Application Fees
- General: ₹297.20 (₹250 + ₹47.20 processing)
- OBC/MOBC: ₹197.20 (₹150 + ₹47.20 processing)
- SC/ST/BPL/PwBD: ₹47.20 (processing fee only)

- Class X/XII certificates with Date of Birth proof
- All educational certificates & mark sheets
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of Assam
- Recent photograph & signature
- Small Family Norms Declaration (Form-A)
