A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must possess a valid mark-sheet/degree certificate confirming graduation on the day of registration.Computer Literacy: Mandatory — candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations, or should have studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject in school/college.Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the specified local language of the State/UT they apply for. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Conducted after qualifying the Main Exam / provisional allotment, but before joining. It is qualifying in nature — candidates who fail LLPT will not be offered appointment.Reserve List: A reserve list of approximately 30% of vacancies under each category may be maintained. Provisional allotment from this list may happen three to four times within its validity period (one year from the date of provisional allotment), depending on further vacancies reported by banks — but this does not guarantee allotment.
