Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/College (State or Central Government).
• Essential: Minimum 1-year Diploma in Basic Computer Course (Software) with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Desirable: At least 6 months’ experience in any Central/State Government organization.

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 35 years (as on the date of initial engagement)

Remuneration

• ₹40,000 per month (fixed).
• Contract may be extended by another year based on performance.
• Increment up to 5% on extension, subject to a maximum of 1.25x initial remuneration.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling official communication in English/Hindi
• Drafting and noting using MS Office tools
• Document scrutiny and record maintenance
• Coordination with senior officers
• Other administrative tasks assigned by superiors

Period of Engagement

• Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
