How to Apply for Employment Exchange Registration (Exchange Card) via SewaSetu Assam

✍️ Step 1: Register/Login

  • Visit: https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in

  • Click “Login” (top-right corner)

  • Click “Sign Up” if you don’t have an account

    • Provide:

      • Name

      • Mobile number (OTP verification)

      • Create password


🧾 Step 2: Choose a Service

  • After login, go to home page

  • Search 

    Registration of employment seeker in Employment Exchange 
  • Select the Option


📝 Step 3: Click Apply with Adhar

  • Click the checkbox

  • Provide:

    • Adhar details

    • Verify Adhaar

  • Fill the form and Upload required documents (PDF/JPG, clear scans)


📤 Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Depending on Your Qualification, documents usually include:

🗓️ Step 5: Submit & Pay

  • Click Submit

  • Go to Make Payment Deshboard

  • Make The Payment

  • After Payment Success The page will be redirect to home page 

🧾 Step 6: Download Certificate

Once approved:

  • Login with Your sewasetu Detail

  • Download Your Certificate


📌 Important Notes:

  • Make sure all documents are clear and valid

  • Certificates are digitally signed and valid for govt use

  • No physical visit is required unless verification is needed
