Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- 2-year Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized).
- Must have passed ATET/CTET exam.
- Age (as on 01 Aug 2025): UR: Max 40 • Ex-Servicemen: 42 • OBC/MOBC: 43 • SC/ST/PWD: 45
- Language proficiency must match ATET/CTET language & medium of instruction.
Reservation Policy
Reservations as per Assam Govt rules for OBC, MOBC, SC, ST(P), ST(H), PWD, Women & Ex-servicemen.
Pay Scale
- Pay Band: PB-2 (₹14,000 – ₹70,000).
- Grade Pay: As per rules.
- Allowances: As per Assam Service (Revision of Pay) Rules, 2019.

- Merit list will be district & category-wise.
- Selected candidates must serve in their allotted district.
