There is no chest measurement for female candidates.
Candidates must be in good mental and physical health, free from serious diseases or deformities. Colour blindness, squint eye, knock-knee, flat foot etc. are not acceptable. Distance vision should be 6/6 in one eye and at least 6/9 in the other without correction.
PET carries 40 marks for all UB candidates and AB female, and 60 marks for AB male. It mainly consists of running (race) and long jump; AB male candidates also have Chin-Up test. Detailed marking is as per the official notification.
PET will be conducted under CCTV surveillance and RFID timing chips will be used for race. Candidates get rejection slip immediately if they fail any event.
All certificates must be issued on or before the last date of online application. Original documents will be verified during PET & PST; no new documents will be accepted later.
Use a valid mobile number and keep it active till the recruitment process is over. Multiple registrations with different numbers will lead to cancellation of candidature.
The online application will be open from 16 December 2025 to 22 Fabruary 2026. After that, a 5-day edit window will be available for corrections.
No. There is no application fee for any category of candidates.
For Constable (UB), you must have passed Higher Secondary (Class 12). For Constable (AB), you must have passed HSLC/Class 10 from a recognised Board.
The age should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2026, i.e. born between 01-01-2001 and 01-01-2008 (both dates inclusive). Upper age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC, Home Guards, FMMO & SPOs as per rules.
First, you will appear in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by Medical examination and Physical Standard Test (PST). Shortlisted candidates then appear in the Written Test (OMR). Finally, there is Oral/Viva-Voce and, for UB posts, academic marks are added based on Higher Secondary percentage.
Yes. If you have passed Higher Secondary (Class 12) or above, you can apply for both Constable (UB) and Constable (AB). You must clearly give your post preferences while filling the online form.
