Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residency: Permanent resident of Assam. Proof required:
Valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued for educational purposes, or
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Educational Qualification:
3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering from a government-recognized institution.
Only regular diploma courses are eligible; distance education diplomas are not accepted.
Required documents: All semester/year mark sheets and certificates reflecting relevant subjects.
Age Limit:
18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2025.

How to Apply:

Submit only one application per candidate. If multiple applications are submitted, ensure the application with the highest Application Number is complete, including fee payment (fees are non-transferable).
