Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Maximum age is 32 years for Manager posts and 27 years for Junior Executive posts, calculated as on 7 September 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and regular AAI employees as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Qualification requirements vary by discipline and post. Broadly:

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for AAI Manager and Junior Executive posts is based on the following stages:

Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective type, bilingual in Hindi and English (except the language section); no negative marking for wrong answers
Interview – Applicable for Manager posts, except Manager (Fire Services)
Document Verification – For all shortlisted candidates
Post-Specific Tests – Physical measurement, driving, and physical endurance tests for Manager (Fire Services); LMV driving licence verification for Operations posts
