Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this scheme, students must fulfill the following conditions:
Must have secured 80% or above in Assam HS Final Exam 2025.
Should not be under betterment or reappearance category.
Must be a resident of Assam.
Students studying outside Assam are also eligible if they have a valid PRC.
Application is online only – No offline forms will be accepted.

Submit the form and download acknowledgment.
Collect Appreciation Certificate from your Nodal Principal.
Submit the certificate to the scooter dealer assigned to you.
Collect your scooter along with the free helmet.

Important Points to Remember
No money should be paid to the dealers for registration or insurance.
Only one scheme can be availed — either Dr. Banikanta Kakati Award or Nijut Moina Scheme.
In case of a student’s death, the legal guardian can choose whether to collect the scooter.
Scooters are to be collected from designated dealers only.
