Educational Qualification:
B.Sc (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health
OR B.Sc (Community Health)
Must be registered with Assam Nurses Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council (ANMHVC) or DME Assam
Certificate from Nursing College Principal confirming Integrated Course is mandatory

OBC/MOBC: Up to 43 years
SC/ST: Up to 45 years
PWD: Up to 50 years
