Eligibility Criteria
- Permanent resident of any of the North Eastern States.
- Passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board in NER.
- Admitted to a first-year undergraduate course in a recognized college/university.
- Family income should be less than βΉ4.5 lakh per annum.
- Not availing any other scholarship for the same course.
Not Eligible If:
- You are pursuing distance or correspondence courses.
- You are enrolled in diploma or certificate programs.
- You are receiving another central or state-funded scholarship.
Scholarship Amount
- βΉ5,400/month β For General Degree Courses (BA, BSc, BCom, etc.)
- βΉ7,800/month β For Technical/Professional Courses (BTech, MBBS, BBA, etc.)
The scholarship is credited directly to the studentβs bank account every month after verification.

- Click on βStudentsβ and create your One-Time Registration (OTR).
- Login using your credentials.

- Fill out the form carefully and upload all documents.
- Submit the application and take a printout for records.
